Who we are
GRC Advies is a trade name of Flexelerate B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 60076488, Arentsburghlaan 3, Voorburg, the Netherlands. We are the controller for personal data processed through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to info@grc-advies.nl.
What data we process
When you contact us, request a call after the self-assessment or apply for a trial month, we process the details you enter:
- name, job title and organisation;
- business email address and, if provided, phone number;
- sector, size of your organisation and the regulation that applies to you;
- your answers and score in the self-assessment, and the modules you want to try;
- the content of your message.
The self-assessment itself does not store anything. Your answers stay in your browser until you choose to send them to us.
Why we process it
- To answer your question and schedule a call. We do this because you ask us to.
- To set up your trial environment and support you during the trial month. This is necessary to provide the service you request.
- To contact you about our services after a call or trial month, based on our legitimate interest. You can object to this at any time.
Who we share data with
- GRC4U, the provider of the GRC platform. Only if you apply for a trial month, and only the data needed to create your trial environment.
- Our hosting provider, which manages the website and our email on our behalf.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep data
If your request does not lead to an engagement, we delete your data no later than twelve months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of the agreement and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep our records.
Cookies and external services
This website does not place tracking cookies and does not use advertising networks. The fonts on this website are loaded via Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or transfer it. You can also object to its use. Email info@grc-advies.nl. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use.
